Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required; opportunities to grow into full-time positions exist as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
