Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand. Join a team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA-based therapies.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work in homes/schools/community, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
