Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a part-time role with growth opportunities as caseloads expand. You’ll work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress and successful outcomes. Flexible scheduling and local travel support is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
