Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

This part-time position offers growth opportunities to full-time as caseloads expand, with annual salary reviews, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours, and standard benefits for full-time staff.

Formación

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions

Conocimientos

Active RBT certification
