Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands‑on ABA training to make a meaningful impact on the families we serve.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA/therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to sit on floor, assist with transitions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
