Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling with potential for growth into full-time as caseloads expand, plus travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
