Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and track progress with data collection.

Travel locally for in-home sessions may be required. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and paid time off with a supportive environment designed to develop future leaders in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
