Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role supports ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA and emphasizes positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Part-time positions are available with the potential to expand to full-time as caseloads grow. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required, with growth opportunities and mentorship within a supportive PBS team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
