Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings.

In this role, you will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA coaches, families, and clinical teams. Local travel is required, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
