Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA-designed ABA plan.

The role emphasizes positive reinforcement, data collection, and collaboration with families. Travel locally is required; flexible scheduling and growth into full-time roles are possible as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
