Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into a full-time position as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, collaborate with families, collect data, and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
