Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team, delivering ABA-based 1:1 services in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA/therapy settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
