Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based interventions in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; participate in team meetings.
