Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA or related fields, and are willing to travel locally for in-home sessions. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
