Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, and track progress data. The position offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and pathways toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preferred Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
