Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children. The role supports BCBA plans, collects data, and helps develop communication, social and daily living skills in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Background check clearance required.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized ABA therapy to a child in a home-based setting.
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.
Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA and family to support consistency and progress.
Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
