Job summary

True Progress Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote client progress.

The role requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and Spanish language skills for this client. Flexible schedules with full- or part-time options are available in Howell, NJ.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Spanish speaking is required for this client.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
