Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services to children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect behavior data, and communicate with families and the team.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as an RBT by the BACB.
• Bilingual in English and another language.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized tools.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop behavior reduction plans.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and development.
