Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, help develop communication, social and independence skills, and receive ongoing training from experienced BCBAs.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), competitive hourly pay of $20–$28, and a benefits package for eligible employees. You will work with families and a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
