Total Care ABA in Wittmann, AZ is hiring an RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school and community settings, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA plans and helping clients develop communication, social and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible schedules, training provided, and opportunities for growth. RBT certification and BACB registration are preferred; reliable transportation and local travel are expected to support services across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client achievements.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings.
• Provide services in-home and in-school across Arizona.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and development.
