Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children and young adults in home or community settings in Missouri. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure patient progress.

We value a reliable car and the ability to commute to client homes; a high school diploma is required. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Maintain data and enter trial results daily for each pediatric patient.
