Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Tennessee for in-home, in-school, and community settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, follow BCBA-designed plans, and collect data to track progress, while collaborating with families and clinicians to support skill development.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, BACB registration, and a HS diploma or GED, with reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
