Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA-designed ABA plan, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer ongoing mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands-on training in a supportive environment, with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
