PBS Corp. invites you to join as a Registered Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
