Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part‑time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance as caseloads grow.

You will implement ABA‑based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, travel locally, and a pathway to full‑time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
