Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings in California. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a path to full-time as caseloads expand.

We value flexibility, ongoing training, and a supportive environment while helping children develop skills and independence. Travel to local sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Able to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
