Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use reinforcement strategies, and collect data to track progress.

This part-time position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and travel with reimbursement. Flexible scheduling and annual raises are part of the role, with a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
