Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA‑based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling. Part‑time positions are available with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA‑based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
