Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA and contributing to data collection and progress monitoring.

The part-time role offers flexibility and the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and career growth support. Travel locally is required for in-home sessions, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
