Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This role offers mentorship, career growth, and the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand; travel locally for in-home sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings.
