PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, supported by BCBA supervision and ongoing mentorship.

We offer competitive pay, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and opportunities to develop into BCBA roles. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Competenze

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA/related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
