PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, providing hands-on ABA support under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services to children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
