Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role involves data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and professional development sessions. High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
