Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings; implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA; collect data and monitor progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours, travel reimbursement, and pathways to BCBA, plus benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, or psychology.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
