You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
