Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

The role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities as caseloads expand. Prior RBT certification and experience with children in ABA or related fields are required;

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
