PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and hands-on training geared toward making a meaningful impact for families served.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification, have experience with ABA therapy or related fields, and possess reliable transportation for local travel to in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to in-home sessions locally.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, stand up unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
