PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA services to children in home, school, or community settings, under BCBA oversight, with an emphasis on positive reinforcement and progress tracking. Ideal candidates have RBT certification, experience in ABA-related settings, and flexibility to travel locally for in-home sessions; HS diploma required, BA preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
