Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children across home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and a path to growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing professional development while enjoying flexible scheduling and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
