Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Ludowici, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA therapy focused on communication, behavior reduction, and daily living skills.

This full-time, in-person position offers hourly pay of $25.00–$32.00, flexible scheduling (after school/evenings), and opportunities for professional development as you grow with our mission-driven team in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
