Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in home settings across multiple locations. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, submit session notes, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBA and families to support each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license to commute to locations and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.
