Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Utah is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.

The role requires RBT certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
