Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah seeks a Qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on both part-time and full-time schedules. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
