Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a compassionate RBT to support 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for children and young adults with Autism in our clinic.

You will implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, maintain data daily, and collaborate with families and the team. A high school diploma is required; prior ABA experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license helps with commuting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy with young learners is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with families and team members.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to undergo background and credential checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for children and young adults with autism in the clinic.
• Implement behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision and collect data daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and team to support treatment goals.
• Maintain professional boundaries and participate in team meetings as needed.
