Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Indiana is seeking an RBT to join a patient-centered team focused on autism support and progress. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with BCBA and families in a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of ABA therapy experience or 1 year with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the clinic.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience as nanny, teacher, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or related roles helps transition into RBT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in the clinic.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Enter data and all trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient.
