Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, delivering ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This part-time role includes mentorship and opportunities to grow as caseloads expand.

We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement where applicable, and paid time off for full-time conversion down the line as you progress within the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based interventions for children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use reinforcement strategies.
• Collect and review data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
