Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with ongoing mentorship and hands-on training.

You'll implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
