Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans, collect data, and help children gain skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to clients' homes.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills are essential for family and BCBA coordination.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
