Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA interventions with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and ongoing professional development in a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
