Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA-based support in home, school, or community environments. This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and a clear path to full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

As part of our team, you will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
